THE SPINE TINGLING RIDE
The Spine Tingling Ride is a mountain biking based endeavor - ridden solo by Andy Kerec and inspired by his father Lud. Funding better outcomes for those living with spinal cord injury and other complex disabilities. Two Spine Tingling Rides have been completed; 5551km from Canberra to Humpty Doo in 2017 and 6850km from Steep Point in WA to Canberra via Cape Byron in 2023.
With the support of family, friends, businesses, the Canberra community as well as the communities ridden through and people met along the way - The Spine Tingling Rides have now raised over $300,000 for its chosen beneficiaries.
The Kerec family have covered all ride costs - ensuring that every cent pledged / donated goes straight to those we support.
